This week has been bittersweet for me because it was my last week of class as a student at Le Cordon Bleu.
It seems like yesterday I was living in Nashville trying to decide whether I should keep trying my hand in the music business or move back to Texas for yet another career change into the culinary world. After a great deal of soul searching culinary school won out, and I’m so happy it did. I quickly shared the news with my family, packed up my Nashville home- said goodbye to my friends and headed South towards Austin.
The whole experience at Le Cordon Bleu was a whirlwind- I can’t believe it’s over. Although I still have to complete my externship and won’t actually graduate until July, not having to go to class everyday makes it seem like the end of a chapter.
I can’t begin to describe the things I learned over the past year- so here are some of my favorite meals created at LCB.
Thanks Le Cordon Bleu for all of the knowledge you embarked on me and thank you to all of my classmates for all of the fun memories!
congrats!
I am so happy for you. Congratulations!
Yay!! Congrats!!
